About Wes Stacknik

Wes Stacknik has practiced law since 1977 and has been helping Floridians with their legal needs since 1977. He represents clients throughout the State of Florida handling a broad range of cases and holds a Juris Doctor and Humanities degree.

He is admitted to the Florida Bar, as well as the Federal District Court (Tampa) and the United States Supreme Court. Wes is also a Registered Representative of Claimants before the Social Security Administration and has been very successful at helping people with their social security disability claims and bankruptcy matters.
